Bailey Rosen
Program Manager, Green Power Partnership | U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
Bailey Rosen is a program manager at the Green Power Partnership (GPP), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)’s voluntary renewable energy program established in 2001 to encourage organizations to use green power to protect human health and the environment. In 2023, Bailey was also a Fellow at the Clean Energy Institute, a knowledge and leadership development program focused on the clean energy transition. Prior to joining EPA, Bailey worked with the Peace Corps in Panama, at the United Nations Environment Programme in Jamaica, and as a sustainability analyst for watersports company in Thailand. She has B.A. in Environmental Studies from UCLA, where she researched community choice aggregation in collaboration with California Center for Sustainable Communities.
